Don Edward Beck Ph.D.

Don Beck is the co-founder of the Intitute for Values & Culture and the visionary figure who actualised Spiral Dynamics and projected the technology around the world in both developed and developing countries. Beck sees South Africa as a reflection of the world at large based on racial, social and cultural groupings, and economic disparities and value systems, as he believes the world to be represented in South Africa's mix of people and values.
GlobalValuesNetwork.com

The GlobalValuesNetwork.com is an international network of individuals and organisations who understand and support the Values Technology developed by Don Beck. The recent development and refinement of this technology has taken place mainly in the USA and South Africa, two countries with greatly differing levels of development, cultures and value systems. Other significant work has been carried out by Dr Beck in Europe, Australia and the East. The technology has been used in a wide variety of applications from large Corporate Organisations, NGO's, Community Organisations, Universities and Sport.

During the transition to a new democratic government in South Africa the technology was utilised by members of the National Peace Accord headed by its Chairman - Mr John Hall MBE as well as the Middelburg Forum a fully multi-racial Community organisation. In addition, the late Kitch Christie who coached the winning World Cup Springbok rugby team in 1995 also used the Values approach to great effect.
